毛细管场放大技术研究进展Progress of research on field-amplification techniques of capillary electrophoresis

摘要(Abstract):
毛细管电泳技术具有高效,快速,微量,自动,高通量,清洁无污染等特点,自其产生以来便获得广泛的关注和应用,但在其应用过程中其有限的检测光学路程及有限长度所造成的微小进样量使其灵敏度低,特别是配合常用的UV检测器时,灵敏度问题更是成为制约其应用的一个关键因素。因此,针对其灵敏度问题展开研究已成为一个热点,其中样品富集技术有操作简单,不需昂贵的仪器设备,灵敏度高的优点。而场放大技术更是以其成熟的理论基础,简单的操作模式,较高的灵敏度成为应用最多的富集技术之一,具有极高的实际应用价值。
